Freight Information

Freight is charged based on the volume of the order and delivery destination and will be sent by the most cost-effective means. Freight will be calculated and on-charged and will appear on your Order Confirmation advice.

Freight is charged on individual orders so care is required when making purchases as freight will not be refunded for goods returned, changed or re-ordered.

We are unable to deliver to Post Office Box / Private Bags.

Delivery within New Zealand
Wellington Metropolitan Area - next business day delivery.
Auckland & North Island destinations - next business day delivery.
South Island as far south and including Christchurch – allow 2 business days.
South Island south of Christchurch – allow 2 business days.
Rural please allow an allow 2 business days.
Orders received during the weekend will be processed for dispatch on the following business day.
