ORDERING
How can I place an order?
To buy items online, you'll need a valid credit card and an account. This account stores your information for secure delivery of your purchases. Once your account is set up, simply log in with your email address and password to order items.
How can I confirm if my purchase has been successfully submitted?
Upon receiving your order, you'll promptly receive an Order Confirmation advising you of the details of your purchase.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard debit, and credit cards.
When will my credit card be charged?
Once your order has been processed through our payment system and confirmation is received from your bank approving the credit card transaction, your card will be charged.
Do you keep products in stock?
We produce all stock per order. Please allow 5-10 business days for this process.
FREIGHT & DELIVERY
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates vary based on the order volume and destination. Goods will be shipped using the most cost-effective method. Shipping costs will be calculated and billed accordingly, detailed in your Order Confirmation.
Can I use a PO Box for delivery?
We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Bags under any circumstances.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
For available stock, orders received before 2 pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day.
New Zealand deliveries should arrive within 48-72 hours.
International deliveries will be sent via DHL. Please allow 5-10 days.
How will I know if my order is on its way?
Once we've picked, packed, and dispatched your order, you'll receive a Dispatch Confirmation via email.
What if my order hasn't arrived after 48 hours?
Your Dispatch Confirmation will contain a tracking number for you to monitor the delivery status at any point.
What about product guarantees?
Our Quality Control team meticulously inspects every order to ensure the products meet our high-quality standards. However, if you receive a faulty order, please contact us within 30 days at 04 939 1711 to arrange a replacement or refund. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for our Refunds policy.
Can I cancel my order after clicking "submit"?
Orders can be canceled by phone if not yet dispatched. If already dispatched, freight charges remain payable, but product charges will be refunded upon return of products in original condition and packaging within 20 days.
Returns & Refunds – what's the procedure?
All returns must include your order or dispatch confirmation number for crediting your credit card.
Returned goods for exchange or refund must be in original condition, unsoiled, and unworn. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for our Returns and Refunds policy.
Freight is charged per individual order, so caution is advised when making purchases, as freight will not be refunded for returned, exchanged, or reordered goods.
